Scriptural Blessings

Some of my favorite blessings in scriptures are specific blessings given to people. šŸ”¹Numbers 6:24-26 The LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. šŸ”¹I Thessalonians 5:23-24 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. Jesus himself gives a blessing, but it is more generic and is talking about blessings that come to those with certain characteristics. šŸ”¹Matthew 5:3-12Ā Blessed are the poor in spirit, for this is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Bless are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons God. Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousnessā€™ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you. #adoptiondevotional #blessings #godsblessings #adoptionblessings #waitingtoadopt #adoptiveparents #adoptionjourney
